Hi my name's David. SereniGlow started because I was exhausted - but still couldn’t switch off at night. My days were full-on, and when it was finally quiet, my mind wasn’t. The harsh lights in my room didn’t help either. Everything felt bright, cold, and overstimulating… so sleep became something I had to fight for.

One night I tried changing just one thing: the lighting. Softer glow. Warmer tones. No harsh overhead light. The whole room instantly felt calmer - and for the first time in a while, my body actually got the message: it’s safe to rest.
